Website information
Service descriptions are general information. An enquiry does not create a service contract. Scope, prices, fees, taxes, timelines, deliverables, confidentiality, payment, cancellation and liability are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement. A signed engagement agreement controls if website summaries differ.
Authorised cybersecurity work
Assessment work requires written permission from the owner or an authorised representative of each asset, a defined scope and rules of engagement. Do not request unauthorised testing or use this website to facilitate unlawful access. Testing windows, exclusions and stop conditions are agreed before work starts.
Assessment limitations
An assessment covers its agreed assets, methods and testing period. It cannot guarantee that every vulnerability will be discovered, that a system is completely secure or that future incidents will not occur. Certification, compliance attestations, remediation work and retesting are included only when expressly agreed.
Confidentiality and evidence
Security-test evidence, credentials and third-party data require an agreed exchange method and engagement-specific handling and retention. Do not submit such material through an initial enquiry without first arranging the appropriate channel.
Website conduct and content
Use the website lawfully. Do not misuse enquiry channels, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate others or disrupt availability. Perfect Indian branding and website content may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Third-party marks belong to their owners. External services have their own terms and practices.
